SUPER UM EU improves the initial-to-middle taste with UMAMI, which is typically missing in other existing yeast extract products in the market.
Ideal for use in reduced-sodium applications, e.g., soups and snacks.
Could be labeled as ”yeast extract” or ”natural flavouring” for minimal impact on your labels (in accordance with Regulation EU 1334/2008).
Provides a positive effect in a wide variety of savoury applications by improving the overall flavour balance. Main applications for this product are meat-based products such as chicken bouillon, pork charcuterie or beef-based products. But it can be used a variety of rich savoury products such as sauces, snacks, and meat analogue range.
