PLANT ANSWER™ KM is a natural solution that masks off-flavours without sacrificing other profiles. It was formulated to suppress 70% of green/beany notes as well as bitterness and astringency from plant-based proteins.
PLANT ANSWER™ KM can be combined with other Ajinomoto products to improve the texture and taste of plant-based products and will clean your products from off-taste to leave more room for the nicer flavours you want to highlight.

Could be labeled as ” Natural flavouring substances” or “Natural flavouring” for minimal impact on your labels (in accordance with Regulation EU 1334/2008).
