KS-CS is an advanced solution powered by the enzyme: Ascorbate Oxidase (ASO).
This formulation creates a unique texture, delivering stretchability and fibrousness, ideal for improving the texture and juiciness.
With this technology, KS-CS can create a similar texture to a real crabstick.
