Since the beginning of the year, our teams have been actively traveling across Europe to showcase our expertise and promote our latest innovations. By participating in several key industry events, we’re reaffirming our commitment to staying close to the market, our partners, and our customers' needs. These participations reflect our core strategy: bringing our solutions to life on the field, strengthening synergies within the Ajinomoto Group, and exploring new growth opportunities across complementary sectors, from food ingredients to contract fermentation and Asian food service.

CFIA Rennes – Launching KS-PM Innovation

At CFIA Rennes (in France), we joined forces with our distribution partner Barentz France to introduce our joint innovation: KS-PM, a plant-based solution tailored for taste-oriented food manufacturers.
Our technical and sales teams were on-site to present the benefits of the product, analyze market trends, and strengthen customer-distributor relationships.

Bioket – Spotlight on the Bioeconomy

Our IFS team participated alongside colleagues from Ajinomoto Sustainable Solutions at the Bioket event to connect with key players in the bioeconomy and reinforce our positioning as a leading provider of custom contract fermentation.
This show helped us gain visibility, highlight our sustainable production capabilities, and meet potential partners in an innovation-driven ecosystem.

EuroGastro Expo – Showcasing Our Food Service Dry Solutions

In Warsaw (in Poland), we took part in the EuroGastro Expo with our colleagues from Ajinomoto Poland Sp. z o.o and the OYAKATA ramen soup producers to promote our Food Service DRY activity.
This joint participation included live product demos of our ramen soup broth, ACTIVA® RI (rice improver), and Bonito UMAMI seasoning, which were warmly welcomed by visitors during tasting sessions.
It was a valuable opportunity to network with Polish distributors and Asian restaurant chains, while also strengthening cross-entity collaboration within the Ajinomoto Group.
