Who are we?
KS-PM
KS-PM is our innovative vegan concept, a functional blend designed as a base for vegan meat analogues.
This blend of transglutaminase and different vegetable proteins is a foundation of a binding system, to be processed further into various kinds of meat analogues. It can be used as a paste (for vegan burgers) or in emulsions combined with vegetable oil (for vegan sausages and vegan cold cuts).

Creation of good firmness and elasticity
Creates a firm texture in both cold and hot conditions by forming covalent bonds between the proteins.
Great base for vegan Hamburgers, sausages & cold cuts
It makes a protein matrix which can be used as a stable base (paste or emulsion) for further processing of vegan meat.
Decrease off-taste
The texturizing ingredients usually needed In vegan meat alternatives, which cause off-tastes, are not necessary when using KS-PM.
