AJI-NO-MOTO® MONOSODIUM GLUTAMATE
AJI-NO-MOTO® MONOSODIUM GLUTAMATE (MSG) is the sodium salt of glutamic acid, one of the most abundant amino acids in our diet. Glutamate is naturally found in meat, fish, milk and many vegetables. MSG is the purest way to deliver UMAMI taste. In foods, it imparts fullness and impacts taste as well as provides mildness and complexity of flavour. By replicating these natural taste components, AJI-NO-MOTO® MONOSODIUM GLUTAMATE provides the exceptional ability to improve the taste characteristics of your processed foods. We manufacture our monosodium glutamate through advanced fermentation processes using natural ingredients. This is a versatile ingredient across many applications.
