How we use ACTIVA® FV in vegan slices?

1 Mix all ingredients: warm water, chickpea protein, soy protein, spices and coloring
2 Add ACTIVA® FV and mix until the mass is homogeneous
3 Mold and compress
4 Heat to 50°C for 1 hour
5 Cook to 100°C for 30 minutes
6 Store in cold room
