How we use ACTIVA®BB in beef?

1 Selection your piece of meat. Choose trimmings or larger pieces
2 Squeeze and disrupt meat using grinder with auger alone (or auger and possibly one blade)
3 Addition of ACTIVA® BB-water slurry
4 Filling into casings or molds. Apply vacuum if possible, maximum time until filling is 30 min
5 Storage at a cold temperature
6 Slice the meat
