How we use ACTIVA® YG in cottage cheese?

1 Heat the LTLT (low temperature long time) milk at 35°C
2 Add starter culture and ACTIVA®YG for a fermentation
3 Cut 1.5cm spacing
4 Heat until 50°C
5 Remove whey and wash
6 Drain
7 Store in refrigerator
