AFE Recognized at the “Best Practice Awards” Ceremony Organized by Ajinomoto Japan

Among the five projects awarded this year three “Best Practice Awards” and two “Special Awards”. AFE was honored with a Best Practice Award for its diversification initiative through the launch of the Food Service range, including the introduction of a ramen soup stock product that can be stored at room temperature.
This project fully reflects AFE’s strategic ambition to:
- Diversify our portfolio to better meet the expectations of the European market
- Develop tailored solutions for Asian foodservice professionals
- Showcase our Japanese expertise in new market segments
The project was carried out in close collaboration with AJINOMOTO FROZEN FOODS, leveraging cross-functional expertise and internal synergies within the Ajinomoto Group.
It marks a first step toward building a more comprehensive Food Service portfolio, combining frozen and ambient products, with the goal of offering a cohesive and differentiated Asian range.

This award recognizes a project that stands out for:
- Its alignment with the group’s diversification strategy
- Its demonstration of agility and commitment to the RoadMap 2030 objectives
- Its innovative nature, pushing the boundaries of our current activities
- Its ability to generate synergies, by mobilizing internal expertise and the AJINOMOTO network to create a virtuous cycle
Beyond the award itself, this ceremony is a powerful moment of exchange and synergy between Japanese teams and international affiliates. It reflects the group’s commitment to building a collaborative network where every success becomes a shared source of inspiration.
This event also serves to:
- Create a meaningful moment of recognition and exchange
- Highlight both individual and collective contributions
- Strengthen the group’s culture of innovation
🙏 We warmly thank our colleagues in Japan for this recognition.
