How we use ACTIVA® YG in cottage cheese?

Heat the LTLT (low temperature long time) milk at 35°C

Add starter culture and ACTIVA®YG for a fermentation

Cut 1.5cm spacing

Heat until 50°C

Remove whey and wash

Drain

Store in refrigerator
