Privacy & Cookies Policy
This privacy policy (the “Policy”) covers the use by Ajinomoto Foods Europe, located at 32 rue Guersant, 75017 Paris, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 572 233 955 (“AFE” and “we”), as data controller, of personal data (“Personal Data”) of users (hereinafter, “users”, “you”, “your” ) of the www.ajifoodsolutions.eu website (the “Site”).
The purpose of this Policy is to:
- Describe how we process your Personal Data when you visit the Site and fill in the contact form available on the Site;
- Detail the cases in which we may transfer your Personal Data to third parties; and
- Detail the rights you have over your Personal Data.

- What Personal Data do we collect?
Only Personal Data that is strictly necessary and required for the purposes set out below (article 3.1) is collected. This includes the following Personal Data:

- First name,
- Address,
- Email address,
- Telephone number,
- Company you work for and position within the company,
- Any other information you may provide via the contact form available on the Site.

- How do we use your Personal Data?
We collect and process your Personal Data for specific purposes (article 3.1) and only if an appropriate and relevant legal base allows it (article 3.2).
3.1. Purposes

- With Whom is your Personal Data shared?

- Transfers outside the European Economic Area
Your Personal Data is hosted on servers located in the European Economic Area (“EEA”).
Your Personal Data is not transferred to a country outside the EEA or to an international organization located outside the EEA, with the exception of the United States within the collection of cookies. For more information on this, please refer to the cookies section of the Site.
AFE ensures that suitable safeguards for the transfer of your Personal Data to these recipients are in place, including the use of adequacy decisions issued by the European Commission, Standard Contractual Clauses (“SCC”) or the adoption of additional measures to ensure the protection and confidentiality of your Personal Data.

- How long do we keep your Personal Data?

7.2. Storage period of cookies
